In Launch! I learned to appreciate the differences in DISC communication styles as well as potential pitfalls when individuals of like or differing DISC styles collaborate. Launch! combined classroom exercises with homework assignments and implementation of concepts. It overlaid this with individual coaching where the trainer coached me on specific challenges in greater depth. The comprehensive nature of the training over a three-month period made it much more effective and personal than other training programs.
