About Converge Coaching & Consulting

We’re dedicated to helping your organization become a better place to work, with stronger leaders, and a healthier bottom line.

How do we do this? First (and most important), we listen to you. We want to understand your goals, your gaps, your frustrations, and your hopes.

Once we understand this, we can assist in a variety of ways, including helping you…

  1. Shape your culture with intention. We help you sharpen your focus on who you are as an organization.
  2. Align talent with your culture. We help you get the right people in the right seats.
  3. Develop great managers and leaders. We help you lead more effectively and create a healthier work climate for your people.
  4. Cultivate high performing teams. We help teams have the right kinds of conversations and work better together.
