Perry Anne Scott
Perry Anne is the owner of Converge Coaching & Consulting, where she helps companies develop their leadership talent and build healthier, more engaged teams. She designed Launch!, the firm’s signature manager development program, and leads workshops, speaks on organizational culture, and designs leadership development programs.
Her career began in the airline industry, where she held a variety of leadership roles and discovered her passion for learning and development—a passion that became the foundation for Converge. Perry Anne has trained at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level and coaches leaders across industries and around the world.
Perry Anne holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and an M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia. She lives in Smyrna, Georgia, with her husband and they enjoy traveling and experiencing life as new empty nesters.

Whitney Deal Marshall
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Whitney empowers mid-career leaders to align their values with their actions so they can navigate professional challenges and transitions with confidence, resilience, and authenticity.
Before becoming a coach, Whitney spent two decades developing and leading an award-winning corporate citizenship program at Kilpatrick Townsend LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm. Her leadership strengthened teams, engaged executives, fostered inclusion, and helped attorneys and staff find greater purpose in their work.
A North Carolina native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Whitney has called Atlanta home for more than 25 years. She enjoys time with her husband and young son and remains an active community volunteer.

Dr. Josh Wymore
Josh is passionate about helping leaders become more of who they were made to be. As an author, executive coach, keynote speaker, and trainer, he partners with Fortune 500 and nonprofit leaders worldwide to help them lead with greater purpose, clarity, and humility.
He spent a decade in higher education developing emerging leaders as an administrator and adjunct professor. Josh holds a PhD from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
His book, Humbler Leadership, explores ten mindsets and skill sets that help leaders cultivate humility in action. Josh and his family proudly call Fort Wayne, Indiana home.
